Vintage Frigidaire '1-18' Washer Lint Filter Mounting Rail,
Part #638878 New Old Stock! - LAST ONE!

Frigidaire 1-18 Washer Filter Rail

Attention Collectors!

Here's another nearly impossible -to-find part for those great Frigidaire '1-18' washers manufactured by General Motors from 1970-1979!

This improved rail, part # 638878, attaches with the same 2 'hi-lo' screws as the original, and mounts the # 633790 lint filter to the tub ring. This is the new style rail that Frigidaire designed to better retain the filter, preventing its falling out and breaking during agitate - a common occurrence, and few techs knew about this solution.

If your machine is missing a filter, or your original filter doesn't latch in tightly, don't replace it without first installing this rail! The new filter WILL fall out into the wash and break in a short time without this rail! I hold a GM/Frigidaire "Master Accredited Technician" certificate on these washers, and I can tell you these rails have saved a LOT of lint filters from their usual fate!

An expensive part because they're getting extremely rare, but it'll save your filter, so it's a must-have.

Click the button to buy one using Paypal, and I'll ship it Priority Mail ($29.50 plus the S/H, and 6% sales tax if you're in PA) immediately:

(You don't need a Paypal account to pay with your credit card)

Thank you!
